About Kasia

“I know what it’s like to be told your symptoms are ‘normal’—and still not feel like yourself.”

Why I Do This Work

I didn’t choose this path just to treat symptoms—I chose it because I kept seeing the same pattern over and over again.

Women coming in exhausted… overwhelmed… dealing with hormone imbalances, poor sleep, and constant stress—and being told everything was “normal.”

But it didn’t feel normal to them.

And it didn’t make sense to me either.

The Moments That Changed Everything

In my late 20s, while studying Traditional Chinese Medicine, I learned something that completely changed the way I understood my own body.

For the first time, I learned what a healthy menstrual cycle is actually supposed to look like—and what shouldn’t be ignored.

I realized that things like menstrual cramping and cycle-related symptoms I thought were “just part of being a woman”… weren’t something I had to just live with.

There was a way to address them.

But That Wasn’t the First Time I Felt Something Was Missing

Growing up, I struggled with frequent sinus infections and severe headaches—especially during high school. There were times when the migraines made it difficult to focus, study, or even get through the day.

The main solution I was offered at the time was repeated courses of antibiotics—but I never felt like I was truly getting answers.

It wasn’t until I began studying Chinese medicine that I started to understand the body differently—how symptoms are connected, and how underlying imbalances can be addressed in a more complete way.

The Moment It Became Real

The final turning point came toward the end of my graduate training.

I was finishing acupuncture school during the uncertainty of COVID—away from home, under stress, preparing for exams, and navigating a very intense time personally and academically.

During that period, I relied heavily on what I had been learning—especially herbal medicine and the principles of supporting the body through stress and illness.

“And for the first time, it wasn’t just something I was studying. It was something I was living.”

That experience deepened my trust in this medicine—not as a concept, but as something that can truly support the body through difficult moments.

What I Saw Was Missing

Through my clinical training and hands-on experience, I realized something:

Most women aren’t lacking effort. They’re lacking answers.

They’ve been told their symptoms are normal. They’ve tried to push through. They’ve tried different approaches—but nothing fully explains what’s going on.

That’s where this medicine is different.

Instead of dismissing symptoms, I look at them as signals—clues that help us understand what your body actually needs.

My Approach

I use a root-cause approach that combines:

  • Acupuncture
  • Herbal medicine
  • Lifestyle guidance

Every treatment plan is personalized to your body, your hormones, and your stress patterns. Because no two patients are the same—and your care shouldn’t be either.

This approach is designed to help your body:

  • Regain steady energy
  • Feel emotionally balanced
  • Sleep more deeply
  • Function the way it’s supposed to

Why I Focus on Women’s Hormones & Fatigue

A big part of my work is education.

Because once you understand your body—you stop guessing.

When patients come in, I help them understand what to look for in their cycle, their sleep, and their energy patterns—so they can recognize when something is off instead of being told it’s “normal.”

Because symptoms like:

  • Painful periods
  • Fatigue that doesn’t go away
  • Waking in the middle of the night
  • Mood and energy shifts

…may be common—but they are not something you just have to live with.
